nel. Restaurant would definitely have made my list of top 5 eats of 2016 – if only I’d gotten round to putting up this post before the end of the year!
A cheeky girls day out doesn’t get much better than high tea, especially when it’s as decadent as the Designer Winter Afternoon Tea at The Langham. But get in quick – it’s only on til the end of August!!!
We rocked up to Cumulus Inc. on a Sunday morning with the view to having brunch there – we should’ve known better. Rocking up at 11am was also not the best idea, considering the breakfast menu only goes til 11:30am and lunch starts at 12pm! Thankfully the lady at the door told us to just come back at lunch time, she would take our names now and we’d be seated immediately when we came back.
Bringing you a little bit more of our trip to Germany back in July (seems like ages ago now…) – we headed to Gogärtchen in Kampen, which has become a bit of an establishment ever since it opened as a humble cafe in 1951.
The recent long weekend finally gave me a chance to visit my best friend’s parents’ place up in the Hunter Valley! Plus it was her birthday, so we headed over to Circa 1876 for a celebratory lunch.
Otto Ristorante is a bit of an institution, having occupied a prime spot on the Cowper Wharf in Woolloomooloo as long as I can remember.
It’s not every day that your friends get married…at Quay Restaurant.
