We headed over to Da Orazio Pizza + Porchetta to celebrate the birthday of the wonderful Anna!
Throwback to a few months ago, when I was in Hong Kong
for a self curated eating fest to visit family and hang out with friends. Common Room had been on my list of places to try for a while now, so one evening S. and I decided to get all dressed up in heels (LKF is just a stone’s throw away from the restaurant, I guess) and head out to dinner. Takeaway – there’s always a night for it, right? Now it’s being made even easier, because you can now order takeaway online! The lovely people at Menulog were kind enough to allow me to try out the service at a restaurant of my choice with the provision of a $25 voucher, and boy, The Mother and I were totally spoilt for choice! There’s basically every cuisine that you can think of. Luckily each restaurant is also rated by the users, which narrows the choice. Click through to check out my eating experience with Menulog!
Cipro Pizza al Taglio occupies one end of a building that also houses the Campos Coffee headquarters, a doctors surgery and some other spaces yet to be filled. It is in a rather odd position, surrounded by a giant Dan Murphy’s liquor store and various other warehouses, but with Bitton just down the road and Sub-Station 152 Cafe down the other road, the food scene in Alexandria seems to be starting to come into bloom.
